Super heroes wanted!!! Must like to dress up in capes and masks, love bright colors, and have super human abilities to have fun! This is a great theme that can be used for all types of events and ages, from young kids to adults.

Every great party starts with just one idea or source of inspiration. For me, it was this bright, fun superhero garland. You can get as creative as you like with this garland that comes with three coordinating strands. I used the "BOOM – KAPOW – ZAP" garland above my table, the triangle garland around my cake plate, and the semi-circle garland on the front of my table.

Turn store bought cupcakes into SUPER cupcakes in a flash with this superhero cupcake kit. I just inserted my pre-made cupcakes into the superhero cupcake liners and added the superhero cupcake toppers into the icing.

Light boxes are also super trendy right now and a great investment, as you can change the wording for each event you host. I wanted to play up the "city" feel of the table by using the city skyline border as my backdrop and placed my light box inside this bridge (borrowed from my son’s wooden train set).

Superhero Zap! Party Masks coordinate with the superhero banners perfectly and can be used as decorations, party favors, or props for a photo booth.

Candy is a great way to fill a dessert table while coordinating with your color scheme. I filled beautiful glass apothecary jars with black, white, silver, and blue gumballs and blue packages of buttery mints. It is helpful to have treat cups and scoops on the table for guests to use as they help themselves to the candy buffet.

We opted for a non-traditional "Oreo cake". Big and little superheroes will love this display and enjoy munching on their favorite chocolate cookies. To create this dessert, place a cup in the middle of the cake plate and stack Oreos (roughly three bags) around it. This gives more stability and a place to insert your superhero cake toppers.

The table was set with black stamped wooden cutlery and fun and bright comic book plates.

The table was lined with this gorgeous silver sequin table runner to help accentuate the silver details on superhero garlands and masks.

In no time at all, using store bought desserts and Shindigz party supplies, you can become the ultimate party superhero and create your fabulous superhero event!
