DIY Spring Favors

Hello Shindigz Crafters! It’s Erin again back from The Blue Eyed Dove. As temperatures continue to warm-up I can’t help but get a little excited for the upcoming spring season. (Which also means I have all things green and floral on the brain!)

I love a good spring party and like the idea of adding simple touches of moss and flowers to your spring party favors. Today, I thought I’d share an easy spring-themed party favor with you. {This would also make a nice hostess gift!}

  • Small Flower Pot
  • Gold Spray Paint
  • Green Moss
  • Mini Favor Boxes
  • Small Silk Flowers
  • Paper Shred
  • Packets of Flower Seeds
  • Hot Glue Gun
  • Scissors

1. Spray paint the flower pot gold and allow to dry.

2. Cut thin strips of moss to add to the top edge of the flower pot. Secure with hot glue.

3. Next, use hot glue to attach a small silk flower to the top of the mini favor box. Then fill the favor box with a sweet treat. Everyone loves a party favor that comes with candy!

4. Add the shred to fill your flower pot. Lastly, place the packets of seeds and party favor box in the flower pot.

That’s it! Very easy and spring-ish don’t you think?

Your guests will leave your party ready to be outdoors planting flowers of their very own. You can consider this party favor as "the gift that keeps on giving"…yummy candy included.
