Frozen 2 Birthday Party Ideas

There is no little girl more in love with Frozen 2 than my friend’s daughter, Audrey. She is Elsa-obsessed and just happened to be turning five. So, I teamed up with her mom to throw a Frozen 2 inspired birthday party. It was an icy blast!

Create a Feast for Elsa & Anna

We kept it small with just her and three of her friends. She dressed up as Elsa and even got her hair braided just like her. Her little friend Ava showed up as Anna and they were the cutest holding hands and twirling around. The kids table was set with coordinating plates, cups, napkins and silver glitter silverware. A bed of fake snow and a silver glitter snowflake made the perfect kid-friendly centerpiece. We snacked on snowflake sandwiches, Olaf carrot noses and pretzel-arm twigs, and some blueberry and marshmallow yogurt parfaits. When I originally asked what she wanted to do for her party, all she requested was a big snowball fight. So after they ate, we kicked off the party with an indoor snowball fight. I glittered Styrofoam balls with iridescent glitter and the girls went to town tossing them back and forth.

Olaf, Kristoff & Sven Should Join the Party

Since we already had Anna and Elsa in attendance, the large cardboard standees of Olaf and Kristoff with Sven made a huge impact on the party decor. I set them next to the dessert and favor table for a nice kids table backdrop. Cupcakes with coordinating sprinkles, wrappers and alternating Anna and Elsa toppers were served as dessert with an ice blue punch.

Frozen 2 Themed Photo Booth

I set up a photo booth area for the girls to toss fake snow around by using a tinsel backdrop and a balloon garland of coordinating colors. I mixed in a few snowflake balloons and fake snow to tie it all together. My favorite aspect of the new Frozen decor is all the fall leaves that are mixed in. It gives it an extra design element, so I mixed those in with the balloons. Before the girls went home, they stuffed their bags full of favors from rings, bracelets, necklaces and all kinds of fun toys to match the theme.
