Can you believe the holidays are here?! So much hustle and bustle with tree trimming, gift shopping, and room parents getting prepared for their classroom parties! Being a room parent and a PTA board member has kept me very busy this school year. I'm sharing easy and inexpensive ways to make your holiday class celebrations festive and fun!
I wanted my son's classroom to have a festive focal point for when the students, or other classroom guests entered the room! I chose two Rudoplh Christmas tree standees, and embellished them with a super cute Jolly Balloon garland kit, and a Large Merry Christmas Party garland. I like that the teacher can keep the decor set up in her classroom, for the remainder of the year!
It's always fun to send a little "something" for each student to take home with them on party day. You can easily put together a holiday themed favor bag for them!
Fill the bags with mini Christmas coloring books, and a small box of crayons. The bags will also come in handy when they take home all the fun art work they created, and other treats that students brought in.
Create a fun photo opp and have each student wear a reindeer headband! I'm certain you'll capture some darling smiles with these fun favors. They also sit perfectly on top of their bags.
I remember looking forward to classroom parties when I was younger. Even the simplest parties can be the most memorable!
