Cheerleading Party

Give me a P! Give me an A! Give me an R! Give me a T! Give me a Y! What do you have? PARTY!

Do you have a cheerleader in the family? Competitive cheerleading is such a popular sport for girls these days (and some boys)! But you rarely ever see a cheerleading themed party! And that’s why I love this adorable Cheer Spirit collection from Shindigz that can be fully customized with your team colors and team name! It’s not only perfect for your end-of-season parties, but it’s also great for birthdays, team parties, and even cheerleading camps!

I started my design with this Cheer Spirit Personalized Photo backdrop. I kept the cute green and pink color scheme because I thought it would be such a fun palette for a party! But you could easily change it to your own team colors! I used the photo backdrop as a backdrop for my main party table. To match the gray in the backdrop, I used a Gray Striped Rectangular table cover. I love adding in a fun pattern to bring in more texture to my party design.

On either side of the table, I used one of these super fun Citrus Green Luminescent Columns. These also come in 12 different color sleeves to match your team’s colors! They are a snap to put together and they are a huge impact!

On the front of the table, I personalized these Create A Letter Cutouts to match my pink and green color scheme, and of course spelled out "CHEER!" I love these letters because they are lightweight cardboard and could even be hung from the ceiling! You can add a ton of different patterns and colors to them!

For our treats, I picked up these store-bought cupcakes and then added a cheerleader silhouette that I cut out on my die-cut machine. Such an easy cupcake topper! I displayed them on a simple white cake stand, which I elevated with a white metal basket that I turned upside down. On either side of the cupcakes, I filled these green and white striped favor bags with some coordinating candies; butter mints and gumballs. I created my own stands using these pink megaphones and a simple white plate. I added a customized Cheer Spirit Sticker to the megaphones to keep the theme going.

For the guests to take home, I personalized these Cheer Spirit chocolate bars and served them on white rectangular trays. In the middle, I had to include these fun Cheerleading Spirit Cups! What a fun favor to take home! Inside, I added these Blow Pop cheerleaders! They were so easy to make. I took a lime green plastic table cloth and cut small pieces to cover the blow pop and create the "skirt" I tied each with a pipe cleaner and added pom poms to the arms with hot glue. To get them to "stand" in the cup, I filled each cup with Styrofoam and covered it with green bag shred. Fun and easy! Your kids could even help you with these!

And after the kids get tired, they all need water! I personalized my water bottles with these Cheer Spirit water bottle wraps! To finish my table design, I added a bunch of fun plastic pom poms all over the table. It’s all about the details!

Gooooo Team!!
