When I called to say that I had 13 broken necklaces, they shipped me out another big box. They were very fast on delivering it. When I did complain about stuff stuck on the beads (like they didn't get it off when it came out of their molds), they didn't do anything about this problem. Overall, I'll still order because they give you more bang for your buck.

These beads were perfect for my daughters "Red Carpet" birthday party. They looked great, held up with no problems and the kids loved them. I've purchased beads in the past from another party site and not only were they more expensive but they were tiny and cheap looking. I purchased the black party beads, as well as other colors, to use for decorations and goodie bags for my son's 3rd birthday pirate theme party. (I plan to use them as table decorations (treasure) and throw them into the goodie bags for the kids. I am a stay at home mom so budget is very important. I was so excited to find a bulk pack of these beads at such a low price! Usually a lower price point means lower quality, but not so with these. They seem durable enough to hold up to the abuse of kids playing dress up and whatever else they choose to use them for afterwards! Definitely recommend!
