I use the black 19" gossamer a lot as a table runner on 5ft round tables. It is the perfect size and disposable after the event. Easy to roll out and trim. The only complaint I have is that the black gossamer usually comes in a little thinner than the other colors. Wish it was a little darker with more texture. The black looks good with any other color as an accent. Especially with solid black napkins. I have cut this in half using a rotary cutter on a cutting board to use on the 8ft banquet tables - it's the perfect size at 9.5" wide. And very economical.

I have a roll of the "Hollywood" printed gossamer that I used to make a sample cover for a metal folding chair for a graduation party. The chairs at the venue have green stenciled letters on the backs so we needed something dark & thick enough to conceal the letters. The black on the Hollywood gossamer was very dark & worked perfectly, but that is not our theme so I ordered the enough solid black based on the performance of my sample to cover 308 chairs. I was very happy with my ordering experience, but so disappointed when I tried the solid black on the chair. It was so sheer that you can barely tell the color & it definitely will not hide the ugly stencil lettering on the chairs. We will have to double the gossamer & only cover the top back of the chair versus the whole chair like we intended to do. Very versatile product that is easy to work with & easy to sew on sewing machine, but, sadly, not thick enough for our purpose. Also, tape does not stick to it very well.

I have used gossamer has fabric panels for walls and ceilings. I have strung it through fences and looped it around. I have used it as a table runner or other accent where needed!

We have strict guidelines about what can and can not be suspended from our ceilings to keep the place safe for kids. This is the second time I have purchased those product for a personal party event. I used to it transform an unsightly basement. The results were jaw dropping, especially because we had a professional visual designer who covered the walls with it and added pleating for extra effect. There was mood lighting and other touches that just recreated the entire room and the guest of honor was just shocked that it was still his basement. This item used creatively, goes a long way. For years now, I have been using bulletin board paper to try to cover up our large display windows in our library. It was wasteful, unwieldy, and difficult to hang. This gossamer is going to be the berries! I decorated my living room ceiling with black gossamer and white icicle lights to create a starry sky kind of vibe for a Casino Royale themed party. I had a lot of fun decorating and think it turned out really cool! Then my husband who typically doesn't care much for decorations, asked me if I was could decorate more rooms in the house with the gossamer and lights. That's the truest stamp of approval I can give.

The Black Gossemer fabric is being used for a Church Lenten service to cover the Cross in the Sactuary on Good Friday. It will be a dramatic look, something we have never done before. Since the Gossemer fabric is light and transparent it is well suited for that purpose. Thank you again for the perfect product and service. This product turned out to be just what we needed. We needed to cover the walls of the stage to give it a together look and this worked wonders. We doubled it to make it more condensed. We also bunched it together some and it created an elegant look that was far better than we imagined. We were questioning if it would work well or not due to the thinness of the material but with the scrunching and the doubling it worked great!! I recommend buying 2-3 times more than what you think you will need. We used 100 yards to cover the back of a 40 foot stage. We made it 8 feet high then doubled over itself. We intend on buying more of this product!

First off let me say that I wish I had know about this material a long time ago. I could have used this in so many cool ways. I love, love, love gossamer. It was super easy to use, and it added just the right amount of color. We made bows, swags, window covers, and so much more with it. The excellent value can't be beat.
