I purchased two columns, to decorate the party space for my daughter's Under the Sea Themed Bat Mitzvah Party. It was a large room, and we were not permitted to attach anything to the walls, and we needed decorative elements that we could easily transport, set up, and take down. Fortunately, we were able to set them up the day before the party. The instructions estimated 30 minutes for one person to put one together. It took my husband about 15 minutes. The metal components are much more substantial and sturdier than I expected. We will be able to use them again, perhaps with different fabric covers. We attached large cardboard fish to the columns, and blue LED lights. The columns were really beautiful and brought the theme together. The room looked like a professional party planner had decorated it. A very good value.
