Even though the piece is made of cardboard, it will not break or bend unless forced pressure is applied. The product came out great, sticks really well with just a couple pieces of double-sided tape.
Be careful with the use of double-sided tape though, once it's applied it's always tricky to remove without damaging the mask. To refold it without removing the tape I just put napkins on the tape and left it like that until I can figure out a better solution.

This was used as a crown for the Prom king for the 2013 Junior Senior Prom. The color matched the picture in both the book and the picture online accurately. It was a bit too small for the head of our Prom King. It should have been a bit larger than it was. It was a great value, and did not appear cheap. I really liked the shine of the material, and it photographed very well in the picture of the Queen and King. In short, it was a great value and did not appear cheap, but it was way smaller than it should have been for a teenage boys head.

I am having a Mardi Gras birthday party and my walls are very tall. These masks fill the space nicely. I am a bit disappointed that the price is so high for a large piece of painted cardboard, however. I was hoping for foam core masks.
