SOUTH WHITLEY, Ind., October 18, 2005

The World's Largest Party Superstore knows the fun children have with Halloween and doesn't want any child to miss out on the festivities. "Our mission statement of 'Bringing people together to make life more fun,' applies to all aspects of life, but especially Halloween," said Stumps President Jeanice Croy. "Stumps employees dress up every year, and we want to help ensure that all children get that opportunity too."

Local organizations welcome these contributions for their young patients and patrons. "Thanks so much for thinking of the young patients at Parkview Hospital's Regional Children's Center," said Colleen Banta, Parkview Hospital's Child Life Specialist. "Because of your costume donation, our child patients will be able to continue their familiar family activities even while in the hospital, which makes them feel happier and gives them a more positive outlook on their health."

Several of these organizations such as Lutheran Children's Hospital and the Boys and Girls club will hold parties later in the week so the children will have a safe place to celebrate Halloween and wear the costumes.
