Stumps forms strategic alliance with

FORT WAYNE, Ind., September 22, 2003 – Stumps, the nation’s leading supplier and manufacturer of spirit, prom, and party supplies since 1926, announced today that it has formed a strategic alliance with Stumps Spirit, the company’s cheerleading and spirit division, will sell its merchandise through’s new Sporting Goods store (, a leading online retailer, officially launched its new Sporting Goods store today. In the store, Stumps Spirit offers customers thousands of cheerleading supplies and apparel items, spirit essentials for sports fans, decorations, wearables, and much more. Stumps Spirit will add thousands of products to the store as it grows and expands.

The Stumps Spirit catalog and corresponding website features more than 15,000 spirit and cheerleading products. It is one of 15 catalogs in the Stumps family. The latest catalog in the Stumps family is the new BirthdayZ by ShindigZ catalog, released in early 2003.
