• If you have received one box with a packing slip that shows other items shipped separately, please wait one to two days as shipments may arrive at different times.
  
• Custom-printed items will be shipped separately from stock items.
  
• If your packing slip shows a temporary backorder, you will receive that item as soon as possible.
