As an American, family owned company, we want to make sure all of our products are of the highest quality and safety. Because we value your support and business, we want to share an important update on recent legislation passed by Congress to focus on increasing the safety of products marketed towards children. We actively support this legislation and will continue to work with representatives to continue to protect our children. We also want to assure you that we are proactively requiring our vendors to meet and exceed the requirements of the new legislation. This legislation focuses on the safety of children's products by improving the standards concerning lead content and phthalates (a chemical used in plastic) in children's products, mandating third-party testing, and providing more resources for the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).
