I thought the wrought iron design was printed and not a punch out. I thought I would simply glue the corrugated paper to cardboard to get it to stand up, but had to add a white background to get that look. So had to add an extra step and expense to finish up.

We built box columns & used this as the front with colored cellophane behind it. Our friends were so impressed that we created these beautiful columns. Please note that punching out the design may take some time, so plan ahead.

Once added tot he party room, this border added a nice touch to bland walls. Added some plant and a backgroung of Paris looking like a window and some lights and it was classy. Rolls were easy to hang.
