All latex balloons are helium quality with the exception of our 5 inch balloons and will arrive uninflated. When inflating latex balloons with air or helium we recommend inflating until the balloon has a tear drop shape. Be careful not to under-inflate (round in shape) or over-inflate (pear shaped) for maximum flying times. Latex balloons can be sealed by knotting, tying the balloon neck or using our one of our balloon closures.
Latex Balloon Flying Time:
- 9 inch latex balloons will fly approximately 12 to 16 hours when filled with helium.
- 11 inch latex balloons will fly approximately 18 to 24 hours when filled with helium.
- 36 inch latex balloons will fly approximately 3 to 5 days when filled with helium.

My company just celebrated our 10 year anniversary with a balloon launch to honor loved ones still living and as a memorial to those who have passed. The balloons had a beautiful pearl color and were very sturdy; enough so that our guests were able to write on them with permanent marker without popping one. The only reason I did not give a full 5 is because a few of the balloons had holes in them. But out of 200 balloons, I would say that is to be expected.

Loved the color of these balloons, however the ones I inflated with helium did not stay inflated and would not float no matter what. I tried everything--they were tied, double knotted...you name it. I've never seen this happen with helium quality balloons. The ones filled with 'regular' air lasted and seemed fine. Not sure I'd recommend these.

These balloons are great quality latex and hold their air very well. However, I don't recommend trying to inflate them by mouth, a pump is best.

Held air much longer than advertised, but several of the white ones popped during inflation (while the red and gold didnt). Used these as decoration for our 49er - themed Super Bowl Party! Love that they aren't plain white, but rather a slightly metallic white, contrasting our white walls. Worked well inside and out!
