Item comes plain. They give you spray glue and a jar of white glitter. You must apply the glue/glitter yourself. This can be very messy (in a glittery way). Make sure you have room to do it as the tree is quite tall.

We created a winter scene in our office. They look good. We added snow and deer to the scene. My daughter and I had fun making them. Not cheap looking. Do wear gloves when spraying the glue.

we used this for an 8th grade dance. [...] we had to apply the glitter. We thought it came ready to use. We did not have enough glue for front and back and had to go buys spray glue to finish.

It took maybe 10 mins to spray the glue and shake the sprinkles around. Then wait an hour to flip for the other side. Wear gloves when spraying the glue. We used drop clothes so that we could roll it up and shake them off outside without much of a mess. Easy to do and looks good.
