I ordered the white aisle runner to use during my wedding ceremony. When I received the package, I was very disappointed to find the red runner instead of the white one. So I contacted the customer service explaining the problem and got their email immediately (at 8 p.m.)! Few hours later I received the confirmation that my white runner was on its way. Moreover, I was allowed to keep the red runner! I was impressed!
As for the runner itself, it is easy to work with and looks nice indoors. However, if you plan to use it on the sand or grass, just keep in mind that it will be blown away by the wind unless you secure it very tightly. In addition, you should avoid walking on the runner in the high heels, as it is easy to puncture.

I picked this item for the great price and size, but was disappointed when it arrived. The picture is misleading...looks like a floral design but just plain white vinyl. Not what I wanted for an aisle runner for our daughters wedding.

There is no way for us to know if that would work, but I would say if you painted something on the actual aisle runner it would be damaged in some way after people walk across it. You would need to try a small area at the end of the roll to test it before trying it on the main part of the aisle runner.Answered on 5/2/2011 by csr
