- Party Must
Helped balloons last through the entire party.
- Was this a gift?:
The only problem with Hi-Float is the person using it. If they only put 1/2 pump in, all is well. If they don't listen and put in an entire pump, some of the contents come out the top, making it slippery and impossible to tie the balloon.
- Was this a gift?:
- Easy To Inflate
- Good Air Retention
Awesome product really helped my balloons stay up stronger
