[...] Unfortunately I cannot rate or comment about this item because it has not even been opened yet. This item is for a military themed party which is scheduled for July 10. I will probably not open and assemble them until the day before. I look forward to using them and hope they are fun to use.

Its bit hard to put all the pieces together. Kids can not assemble them on their own. You have to put force on the pieces to put them and because of that it can break. its made of foam. But kids were excited to see it. It also fly nicely.

Putting together these planes was one of the activities at a 6th Birthday Party. It seemed a little difficult for the 5 and under crowd, but with the help of a few parents it turned out great. They were sturdy and flew well.

I purchased the glider for a large family celebration for my Uncle's 80th birthday. He was a heroic fighter pilot in the Korean War so I built the party theme around the fighter pilot theme.
I hung a hula hoop from a tree branch and EVERYONE from 3 to 83 enjoyed trying to get the Glider through the hoop. I was surprised at how long everyone was entertained with the gliders and the kids got to take them home as a favor. Not one glider broke even with all the play they got!!!!!!
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
