Our Tropical Fish Bubble Balloon is a unique stretchy plastic balloon with an underwater deign with fish. Each under the sea plastic bubble balloon measures 22 inches and is decorated on all sides. All bubble balloons come packaged with a moisture pack to prevent the balloon from drying out. These plastic bubble balloons stretch like a latex balloon, but look more like a beach ball once they are inflated. Our Tropical Fish Bubble Balloon may be used to create colorful centerpieces by adding coordinating colored latex balloons, curling ribbon and a balloon weight for any under the sea or ocean themed birthday or event.
