Each giant top hat is made from sturdy cardboard with a shiny silver accent. Large top hat measures 24" tall x 44" diameter. Small top hat measures 18" tall x 32" diameter. Assembly required.

I bought this Top Hat to use at my daughter's New Years Eve wedding. With a minor alteration in construction, I use it to hold the New Years Eve hats, tiaras, noise makers,beads etc. I loved it and it looked wonderful. I was thrilled with this product!!! Thanks for having just what I needed for the big night celebration.
