So I ordered this banner for my sisters upcoming engagement party, which is a bit away but the price was great and I wanted to slowly gather things to kind of spread out the cost. So I wasn't really waiting for Otto come but I noticed when it shipped and I got my confirmation emails ( great service by the way) and when it didn't come to the family business I got worried and tracked it. It said that it was at the p.o. But that it couldn't be delivered or something. So I emailed them right away and they exchanged a few emails with me that day and sent me another. The USPS people told me they had delivered it then I called back and was told that no one was home when they tried to deliver it....which was a lie since it was a business not a home. The business was open 24 hrs a day. So later I talked to the post master who told me he would find out the truth. Funny as it is my brother stopped in and dropped off some donuts and they found the package...amazing right? So I called them immediately to let them know....but they had already replaced it ...I offered to pay for the second one and they refused. So does that? AWESOME customer service....for that they have a customer for life. THANK YOU again ladies for making my experience so free for hassle even when it could have been a bad situation it came out so wonderful as a customer experience. Now I know where to go. Also I've ordered four banners from them and signs for our business.....everyone says the signs are built to last and of good quality. One has been in our shop window for three months and no color fade or issues.

I HAD DIFFICULTY USING THE WEBSITE TO MAKE THE BANNER UP. I DIDN'T REALIZE THAT I COULD HAVE CHANGED THE COLOR OF THE FONT. I THOUGHT IT WAS BLACK LETTERING I WAS USING BUT IT WAS A GRAY WITH A BLACK OUTLINE. I WISH THE BANNER HAD THEIR NAMES IN DARK BLACK INSTEAD SO IT WOULD STAND OUT MORE. OTHERWISE IT IS VERY NICE.
