        I am trying to determine if these test tubes come with a screw top or some top so that they can be filled with candy for a favor? thanks.

          These are simply shot glass tubes. Shot glasses do not have a screw on top. They can be filled with small candy but there are no tops. You could try putting a piece of cellophane over the top and attaching a ribbon or rubber band to prevent them from spilling.
