We needed a large picture to help create the atmosphere that we were looking for and we looked all over and all we could find locally was the cartoon backgrounds, this was exactly what we needed the quality was good for the price would have liked the vinyl picture but could not get everyone else to pay the extra for it. there was a chance of rain that day and the party was out side so we should have gotten the vinyl one, so we would not have to worry if it got wet. I all so appreciated the sales person not letting me pay for expedited shipping, he reassured me that I would have the product in time do not pay for the extra on shipping.
