The 14' Empire State Building is excellent. It takes two people about three hours to assemble. Everything needed comes in the box including the lights and a hot-glue gun. This looks great from a distance or one foot away. We put this inside in our cathedral ceiling den and it was a huge hit. We also bought the 7' Statue of Liberty and the 7' Broadway sign. The three were pretty much all we needed for our New York Themed New Years party. All three totaled about $180. But this Empire State Building was definitely the best of the three. Yes, spend the [$] for this item. But be prepared to assemble.

Would really be helpful for the construction time to be stated in the catalog, took 2 - 3 people about 3 hours to construct. Then not all the holes were punched out for the lights and the light strands were to short.

Used the 9 foot skyscrapers for a Sweet 16 that had a city theme. They made a great impact BUT I wish that they were re-usable. The fact that they aren't makes them less of a value than I would like. It's definitely a one time use product, which is a shame.

This product was a wonderful additional to our "New Years in New York" theme. Was exceptional for photo ops & decor by the stage for the band. Very easy to construct & follow directions- LOVE that it came with it's own glue gun to secure the twinkle lights!
Only downfall- the double sided tape holding the sides on liked to come un-stuck after just a short time. We ended up hot gluing the tape!!
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
