The item that I received was not the color that I ordered. I recieved the best customer service once they were able to see that what I recieved was wrong. They made up for the error with no fuss. I will continue to order from this company.

Added that great special touch to our Silver Star Event Center in Las Vegas. It actually was very easy to put together. Two of us gals put this together in less than 5 minutes. I think I will buy more of these!

This column is made of cardboard. The product's sturdiness is truly dependant upon what type of atmosphere/venue it will be placed in. You may choose to add a weight inside to give it a little more support.Answered on 8/30/2011 by csr
