We go all out for Halloween, and this year we built a 12' pyramid for trick or treaters to go through, complete with mummies. This mural, stapled against our barn, was the first thing visitors saw coming up the driveway, and set the theme perfectly. The material is tough enough so it stayed up for several days, and we took it down, rolled it up and it's ready for the next time.

While it is massive, it is also AWESOME!! We attached it to some wall pieces, cut out the star background and propped his headpiece above it and brought it out from the wall for a slightly 3D effect. The results were great! be careful handling, it will tear. We used industrial duct tape to attach it by taping a strip to the back side of one and the front of the other and then used rolled up pcs to stick together. Used wooden dowels screwed to the wall pc to stick up his head. It was our focal point and the crowd loved it!

I ordered this for our Mardi Gras Assoc. "The Pharaohs" We're not using it until 1/30/10. I did take a peek at it and looks GREAT! This is made of heavy construction which is what I was most concerned about. It will be our stage backdrop. Advice: Do not completely unroll until you are ready to use it, hard to roll back up straight. Will write another review after 1/30/10 w/picture.

To get everyone pumped about our new product launch, we decided to have a "King Tut" themed company meeting. Mural is huge & was a great background. Plus, getting it on sale [...] helped us greatly with our budget. However, the massive size means that it comes as two panels that you assemble--so it splits down the middle. Not a huge problem, but I would have preferred three panels (one huge middle portion & attaching the sides for extra length).

The mural was used as a backdrop for an Egyptian scene. It came out nice, however it wasn't anything like what I was expecting to recieve. There wasn't a picture upon ordering, so I assumed it was the sphinx statues. I was alittle disappointed when it came, but we made it work. Everyone loved the backdrop and stated how nice it was.
