This product was perfect for our ice hockey themed float. It looked just like ice on our HUGE hockey stick and puck. Very durable and very colorful! Loved it! Because of all of the decorations I purchased from here we took 2nd place in the parade and won $500 for the Girls Varsity Hockey Team!!!

Floral sheeting is not a fabric. This is what is used for floats mainly. And yes, it may easily be cut with scissors.Answered on 11/10/2011 by csr
