Comments:
I coordinated the Father Daughter dance this year for our private school. Although this was over $200, we still purchased it because it could add so much to the ambiance.
I began assembling the Eiffel Tower a week before the event. The instructions are difficult, and NONE of the pieces are labeled, so it's up to you to figure out which part goes where...and many look alike. The cardboard was bent in the box, which makes it difficult to keep its shape when its 12 feet tall. It took me 4 days to do several parts, then another THREE adult men three hours to finish it.
Overall, might not buy again knowing how long it takes to set up.

Comments:
The instructions say it takes 4 people and takes several hours. Two of us put it together in less than an hour. It is very easy and added a punch to your event.
