I am a florist, this fabric is perfect for hanging with lights for events. This particular color works beautifully with the bride's favorite color of smoke grey. Although it is labeled silver and indeed has silver over-tones to it, the fabric is very dark ~ especially where it bunches together. This was ideal, and it was very helpful of another reviewer who noted that the color was grey. The silver shimmer in it is the perfect way to make the lights inside sparkle without being ridiculously shiny. Love it and so does the bride!

Used this for our outside dance area at a teen Halloween party. It was hard to think how to use it, but we came up with some ideas and made doorways and columns from it - very different. The kids thought it was sophisticated. So - all in all - it worked! Cool product. Comes in a very thin package, but has a lot of material in each package. We tied strings around it to hang it - tape didn't hold at all.

we used this for table swails, centerpiece fabric, grand entrance swails and suspended around the dance floor mixed with white twinkle lights....nice touch!
