Is this a fabric or thick paper? Could this be used on a floor as a dance floor border for a Michael Jackson kids party? If so how do I place on hardwood floors

This is not fabric nor paper. It is a foil type of material. You would not want to use this on a floor but a background would work fine.Answered on 8/7/2012 by csr
