I ordered a set of these necklaces specifically for the parents that attended my daughter's birthday party. I was pleased with the construction when I examined them - the shells are strung on fishing line and the knots at the back were melted for stability. Only a couple of the necklaces had broken shells on them and I cleared those away for safety. The lengths varied a bit, and I appreciated that not all of the necklaces were made of white shells - some were green and brown, too. These brought a smile to everyone's faces!
