- 8 Inch LED Light emits a constant blue light. Requires three AA batteries, not included.

Since these are round lights I don't know how they would be hung from the ceiling since they turn on off on the underneath. They are meant for table displays since the bottom is flat.Answered on 9/8/2010 by csr
