This was to be used for a special needs child's graduation, unfortunately my order was not complete and the damaged tiara was not usable.
Customer service was excellent, very prompt and understanding.
I will continue to use their products that usually arrrive in great condition and are of excellent quality.

This was for a party but could not be used because it was to small to fit the childs head. Very poor quality and no bigger than a barrett. We ended up getting a silver head band and will return this product, all one ounce of it.

Service and delivery comments:
Used customer service because of credit card issue. They were very polite and very professional. I still don't understand why the "on hold" money from my card couldn't be used to actually pay for the item, instead of taking out more money...Because I have to wait 30 days before getting the "on hold" money back. That was the only drawback of ordering this product. Everything else was wonderful
