Support legs provided were not enough. We ended up screwing the bumber to our 2x4's, then a block of wood on the other side on the front and back of the car. Then it was ok for our windy day.

Comments:
This bug added to our decorations. Our staff "jazzed" it up with glitter and added headlights. The horn was fun to play with too.

I bought this to use on my buffet table and it looks fabulous. I can see how it might be a little fragile for standalone use but it was perfect on the buffet.

We had a great time getting photos of the kids and some parents too! The personalization made it special. Only thing we had issues with was lack of stablility due to using it outside and a windy day. Otherwise, we loved it!

We are using the car to take photos at a free Peace event - it's just for fun for people who attend the event. Even the license plate could be personalized for our event, which we really liked a lot!

Comments:
The only problem I had was with the die cutting. It required quite a bit of use of exacto knife to get it ready to go. Directions for license plate were confusing to me.
I like it and know it will be well received as I use it while hosting a number of 60's parties this year.

Q:
How easy is this to transport? I do Groovy Parties and already have a LOT of items in my Ford Flex and the retro car would have to be put together before my event but the dimensions seem like I wouldn't have room....Asked on 12/23/2012 by liz1 answer
A:
Our standees are not actually made for transporting. Most are for a one-time use only and cannot be taken apart and put back together without sacrificing the structural integrity of the product. The Retro Car Standee measures 3 feet 9 inches high x 6 feet 6 inches wide and requires some easy assembly.Answered on 12/24/2012 by csr
Q:
Noticed the height of this item but that it is intended that people stand behind for a photo. Should it be put on a table?? Thanks.Asked on 8/9/2011 by Anonymous1 answer
A:
The Retro Car Standee can be placed on a floor and then you can put a chair stool behind it to have your party guests sit behind it.Answered on 8/12/2011 by CSR
Q:
does this car have 2 sides?Asked on 2/16/2011 by Anonymous1 answer
A:
I do apologize, but the Retro Car Standee is one sided only.Answered on 2/16/2011 by CSR
Q:
can this be mounted to a wall?Asked on 10/4/2010 by 3UniqueGirls from Illinois1 answer
A:
This is a standee which is free standing so photos may be taken. It is made of corrugated cardboard. The standee may be too heavy to mount on a wall.Answered on 10/5/2010 by Anonymous
