        The Sophisticated Stretch Arch does not attach to the ground and is recommend for indoor use.

        Yes, this can be used outdoors. The "feet" are weighted so it easily stands alone yet it's light enough to move around to different locations. We used it outdoors lakeside on a windy day and it didn't move or blow over. Sets up in ten minutes, easy peasy!
