Superbowl 2013 was in New Orleans this year! We hosted a dinner party and decided to decorate the food & guest tables by throwing team colored mardi gras beads out on the table along with megaphones and pompoms! Was a real hit!

These beads were a hit at our 49er Super Bowl party! We placed a few scattered over the table as a decoration, then the rest in a big bowl for everyone to help themselves. EVERY SINGLE person, child or adult, were decked out with the beads we bought red, gold, and silver. Didn't notice any necklaces that were broken, they all seemed to be in perfect condition. The only thing is, the actual beads are smaller than I expected, and the necklace is 18", which was also shorter than anticipated. Nonetheless, they were a hit! Will definitely buy them again in different colors for different child AND adult parties!

I wasn't sure what the quality was going to be for the price--I was picturing super cheap, cracking paint--but nope--these were beautiful!!! I'm so happy I included them with the party (I ordered three colors--all great). What a super value. I will order again and again.

We used these beads along with two other colors for our senior at her party after graduation. She had to give everyone a necklace when they came so that we knew she had talked to EVERYone and not just her friends or people she knew really well.
