  These are just larger latex balloons that allow a smaller latex balloon to be put inside. It does not require any heat sealer.

  We do not recommend a bubble balloon be inserted inside this polka dots all around balloon because a bubble balloon is inflated differently than a standard latex balloon. Yes, this is the only pattern available at this time. Any color latex balloon can be inserted inside.

  This is a latex balloon that you may fill with helium or insert another smaller latex balloon inside. If you are familiar will filling balloons it should be no problem.
