These pinwheels as nice to look at & very colorful.
Was upset that they don't spin!!
They do have pointed tips-great for sticking into cakes or the ground but, not safe for small child to hold on to.
I purchased them for the use of gift bags for my child's All things sweet party-though I changed my mind...Due to the fact it does not spin & the pointed tip.
I will be using them instead for decorating large candy dishes & the main cake.
