But, still seem like a good company by replacing at least the hats.

I knew these aren't intended to be high quality, so I was pleasantly surprised at how good they looked. They do run small, though, so they were too small for about half the males at the party--if a man/boy has a bigger than average head, it won't fit.

I purchased these top hats for my sons third birthday party which is a circus theme. I purchased three different top hats to find the perfect one, and I most certainly found it with this one. I am so pleased with the quality, I will be ordering more. This hat fits the bill for a ringmaster perfectly. I would absolutely recommend this product. I am already thinking ahead to a New Years celebration in which this hat will be perfect. Do not hesitate with this purchase, this hat is the one you need for your next occasion!

I used the hats as centerpieces on the banquet tables, we took them and put ribbon, feathers and a hint of red decorations on the hats. They are beautiful and everyone has had a fit over them.
