        My finance's groom cake is a bowling themed cake so I bought this "toy"set to use for props. I have actually made a bowling pin cake before but I wanted the illusion of a perfect "strike" and these pins served just the purpose. I inserted wooden skewers into the bottom of the pins and PERFECTO.... I created the perfect illusion of a perfect strike.. NOTE: I did not use the plastic balls. For the cake design I had I actually used the Wilton Ball Pan.. to complete the look...
