I love how the streamers have a ruffled texture. It feels like plastic so would probably be waterproof and could be used outdoors. I am going to decorate for my daughters Parisian themed birthday so the fancy texture will add some glam. Could be used for a girl baby shower, prom or adult party. Possibilities are endless!

Every product I ordered was exactly what I expected and more! I loved them all and without these products it wouldn't have been a party! I really loved the festooning tissue and the deco beads. The festooning tissue was great to border the tables with and to add zest around windows in the party room! The deco beads were so gorgeous placed inside of clear vases with a small bow made of ribbon wrapped around them. I will use this company for all parties to come!
