Women's Wear Daily celebrates 100th anniversary

For any publication to be around for 100 years is an amazing feat, and Women's Wear Daily, one of the fashion industry's bibles, recently threw a huge bash to honor this milestone.
GuestOfAGuest.com reports that A-list celebrities and the fashion elite all came out to fete the trade magazine at Cipriani 42 in New York City.
Guests included Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen, Vogue Editor-in-Chief Anna Wintour, Padma Lakshmmi, Ralph Lauren, Marc Jacobs and former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger.
Karen Elson, wife of White Stripes frontman Jack White, sang Happy Birthday while standing next to a huge cake constructed out of old issues of the magazine.
