If you have a loved one who is returning home from time away, the best way to let them know you missed them is to throw them a huge welcome home party!
There's nothing like coming back to your hometown and being greeted by all your closest friends and family. To let them know you really went all out for this event, you're definitely going to want a huge banner hanging up to greet them when they arrive.
If your loved one is returning home from military service, you can get a camouflage or stars and stripes banner for an extra special touch.
Inside your home you'll want even more party decorations. You can even get a patriotic balloon arch for guests to pose under with the guest of honor.
If you plan to serve food at this get-together, have some fun with the place settings and tableware. Pick out tablecloths with your loved one's favorite colors, or if they're returning from the service, yellow or camouflaged cutlery will be ideal.
At the end of the event, be sure to send guests home with some great party favors. For these, jeweled dog tags, silly string or personalized stickers are all great choices.
