Ricki Lake announces her engagement

One of the most popular talk show hosts from the 1990s, Ricki Lake, had some big news for her fans when she logged onto her Twitter page last night. According to People magazine, the entertainer announced her engagement to longtime boyfriend and now fiancé Christian Evans.
"I'm totally in love," Lake told the news source. "I'm happier than I've ever been."
The two have been together since last summer and this will be Lake's second marriage. Lake has been working on bringing her talk show back to TV, and is hoping to fill the late afternoon slot vacated when Oprah left the airwaves earlier this year.
