Kanye West to perform at Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade

Kanye West has been announced as one of the featured performers for the upcoming Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.
MTV.com reports that the Grammy-winning rapper will take the stage along with Gladys Knight, folk singer Arlo Guthrie, singer Victoria Justice and boy band Big Time Rush.
"We want to make sure we are capturing people who are in the zeitgeist," spokesman for the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade Orlando Veras told the news outlet.
Veras also told the news outlet that they were busy working with all musical acts on constructing family friendly performances.
The parade will also feature performances from casts of Broadway shows such as Million Dollar Quartet, Elf, Memphis and American Idiot, as well as pop stars Keri Hilson and Miranda Cosgrove.
Many may be finalizing their Thanksgiving party plans, and the parade is always an essential piece of the traditional holiday fare.
