Foster a little girl's imagination with a princess party
Date Created: 07/27/2010
Little girls love to play dress up and imaginary games, particularly during the summer when they are free from school. Those who want to encourage the creativity of a special little girl in their life should consider throwing a princess party.
To start this event off, send out some party invitations to let your daughter's friends know that you're throwing a royal soirée. These should be pink in hue - after all that is the color that most little girls adore.
Next, you'll want to have some wearables on hand so that the gals can feel like they truly are princesses. Tiaras will surely bring a smile to the face of each and every girl at the bash.
If you want to serve food at this event, consider serving up some pink and white cupcakes, or a decadent ice cream cake. Serve your sweet treats on party tableware covered in images of Disney princesses, such as Ariel, Cinderella and Jasmine.
For special party decorations, purchase a few mylar balloons in the shape of a castle or heart. The little ladies will also get a kick out of photo stand ins that allow them to pose as a princess in front of a royal palace.
