We used these recorders to record bird songs and then put them in decorated birdhouses. When someone walks by the birds start singing. The product worked great, was easy to use, and was just what we wanted. It was exactly as advertised, including the size, which was very important for our project.

For the money, this product is just OK. Not sure yet if it is going to work as planned but I'm going to try anyway and hope for the best. The recording time is too short! I'm saying I would recommend this to a friend, but not if they need something to record for a longer period of time.

I use the products in my Hunger Monster installations. They are good because they add a bit of interactivity to the display...making people more apt to donate...which is very good. It could be a little more sensitive to motion, but overall, it's a great little product.

It was easy to record a message and easy to change the message. It responded to motion MOST of the time, but then it was not all that expensive. I just wanted to remind my Dad to drink water as he entered the kitchen. I think he will think it is funny.

Used this to add a voice to my hedge caterpillar in my front yard at Halloween - when kids walked by it said "Happy Halloween" and laughed at them. Got a lot of great comments about the giant laughing caterpillar!
