Product and customer service were exceptional. Website needs a lot of work. Hard to design banner -- the design tool does not work as explained, when there are multiple fields to design, the fields are not identified, making design cumbersome at best. Also website offers discounts but then excludes products without identifying the products which you don't know until you get to check out. I ordered a birthday product and expected to receive a birthday product discount only to be told later that my product did not qualify even though it was a birthday product.

This item was used for my daughter's 5th birthday party. I was able to personalize it to fit our theme. When it arrived I was totally surprised to find out it was vinyl and made of durable materials. I've already started planning my sister's bridal shower will definately order other banners from this website. Oh and very affordable. We hung it up in her bedroom after the party.
