Comments:
These mini hats are just as they say, "mini". The only thing we could use them for was a candy dish on the tables. Because they are so small we had to put several on each table. We have 8 ft tables, so we used 3 on each table. Although, I would have rather put 4 on each table but I didn't have enough of them. Even though my intended use was for small childrens party hats, they worked out great for the candy dishes.

We were going to use these to put candy and nuts on the tables but they are not flat on the top. we used them for table decorations instead. Looked cute for that.
